RD Sport Sway Bars

Good afternoon everyone!

This may have been asked before but does anyone know where to find RD Sport Sway Bars? I have tried to order direct and their phone number is not in service and you can not add anything to the cart.

Also has everyone had good luck with install on them?

Please advise!

Thank you!

I ran their sway bars on my E60 M5. One of the best upgrades I've ever did to that car. Others though, had issues with the bars snapping.

RDSport USA is no longer in business as a couple years ago so that explains why the phone is disconnected.

I have a Dinan bar on the car now. I ran an RDSport front bar for about 6 years on the street and in autocross/track settings. I was luckier than a lot of people, but if eventually failed and broke, luckily leaving my driveway.

I wouldn't go near another one of their products even with somebody else's money, especially the bars, for that reason.

The Hotchkis setup seems like the best value on the market right now.

I have Eibach sways. 3 way adjustable front and 2 way rear. They presented a few fitment and clearance challenges with my suspension (Ohlins TTX) but I think I have everything resolved now via adjustable end links. I would probably try Hotchkis if I were to start over.

I ended up order the Hotchkis ones yesterday!

I'll report back when I get my car out of storage and everything in the car!

Mine broke near the mount gusset/stop on the left side of the car, right where it’s under the most stress. My theory is they did a crap job of preparing and heat treating before/after welding the stops on. Bars are usually cro-moly tubing which sometimes needs some special love when welding, and that’s right where the bar sees Two different directions (twist + reaction force from the bushing)
