Drive Clean Emissions Test W/Supercharger - Ontario
Was anyone able to pass the Ontario Drive Clean emissions test with a Supercharger under the hood?

Why wouldn't it pass? They don't look under the hood. Its an OBD test, your mods have nothing to do with it as long as you have no more than 1 monitor not ready.

Should be fine regardless of the mods since its an obd based test, we don't have a sniff test in Ontario.
I heard an interesting story at a local meet last week - someone was trying to pass emissions in Ontario with a US car that had a sc kit installed in Florida, and it failed in the winter, but when the weather warmed up the car passed no problem. I take this story with a big grain of salt, especially since according to the person telling it, claimed the car was a disastrous build to begin with. |
