2018 F80 lease deal feedback

This is just the first offer from the dealer. Not amazing, but it's a starting point on a somewhat unique car, and it gets me out of my current lease early (which I'm sick of driving). Only other discount I have is BMW CCA.

Residual 61%
$ down $5900 (tax, titles, fees). I know some dealers will still do MSDs, which I would like to do, but haven't discussed yet

Yeah all the numbers are good except for that monthly payment. I accidentally made this thread and then remembered there's a main thread, so I posted on there and got similar feedback.

I'm in touch with the dealer and it sounds like he's using the wrong residual, but even then, the monthly payment still shouldn't be over about $1k. We're going to hash it out today or Monday. I told him I'm ready to put a deposit and come pick the car up, so I'm sure we can get that monthly number down. Otherwise, I think he's eager to unload the car.

your deal was posted in the pricing thread where some commented on things, was there something else you were looking to get info wise? not sure why you started an additional thread. I think you would get more feedback if you follow the members in there, they are very knowledgeable

I started this thread first, only to remember about the other thread a couple hours later, so I posted in there. Then others responded to this thread today, I responded to them, etc. sorry for the confusion.

Nice discount, but that monthly seems high for that much down.

No way you're getting 61% residual. It's 58% for 15k. Your dealer made a mistake. I'd get that clarified with them asap.

All cleared up. Picking the car up Monday. There were a number of mistakes, since I had initially inquired about two cars and I asked about 10k mileage vs 15k mileage, so he was mixing the info up a bit. Will post numbers in the big thread Monday.
