New Member 2018 35i M sport

Hey,

Just wanted to introduce myself. Recently bought a new X5 for my wife. Order placed mid October and received it right before Thanksgiving. I had the MPPK and the MPE placed before it was picked up and off it went to get fully wrapped in paint protection film and Cquartz reserve ceramic coating. Then finally after two weeks we drove it home and had all the mods put on (front lip, side vinyl, rear spoiler, diffuser and side wings). Once my wife broke 1200 miles I went ahead and put on the Dinan stage 1 performance tuner. It's been a great car and actually handles quite well for how big it is. Wife didn't want the x5m and I didn't want the 50i so I think the 35i was a good compromise with the MPPK + Dinan. Definitely quicker than factory during the test drive and has a lot more torque. Would have done racechip if it wasn't for warranty as I don't have time to mess around with it. Doesn't push me back in the seat as hard as my e39 m5 with headers and MAFless tune.

Here's the car:
2018 X5 35i 11/2017 build
Mocha interior package
Mineral White
M-sport with DHP, adaptive M suspension
carplay, wifi, wireless charging
rear heated seats
executive package
driving assistance package
HK audio
sunshades
spare
599m wheels and 449 wheels for snow

Mods:
M performance: grills, lip, side skirt vinyls, rear spoiler, diffuser, wings
MPPK
MPE
Dinan Stage 1 Performance Tuner
Stek paint protection and cquartz reserve - whole car

I think that's all the mods for now as my wife says I'm spending too much.

Can't wait to see you pick yours up. I saw your post a while back when you ordered yours.

No. I don't think I will as they are almost flush.
