Hello, today I am posting to lease swap my 2018 Alpine White M3. The payment is $783.00 a month with Nevada Sales Tax applied(8.25%)

This 2018 is Alpine white in flawless condition.It has about 1k miles.

It is equipt as follows:

DCT M Double Clutch Automatic, Carbon Fiber Trim, Carbon Structure Cloth/Leather Seats with power bolsters lumbar and memory, Active Blind Spot Detection (Full safety package with Blind Spot Monitoring, Lane Keep Assistant, and Pre-Collision with Pedestrian Detection) Harman Kardon Sound system, Apple Car Play, Comfort Access passive keyless entry, Rear Interior manual window shades, standard BMW Navigation with free updates for 3 years (The lease duration), Full Adaptive LED Lights with Ambient Lighting, BMW Remote Services App, Back Up Camera, and the upgraded Style 437 19" Black wheels.

The original MSRP is $71,895.

The full duration of the lease is up in 35 months. For a term total of 1k per month or 3yr/36k lease.

Buyer pays me $1,500 up front and the $500.00 application fee to BMW Financial Services and the car is yours for the payment posted give or take based on your sales tax.

No other catch.

The break in service was just completed by a local BMW dealership in Las Vegas. I haven't driven the car hard at all, always babied for the month.

I just got the car and the reason that I am getting out of it so fast is that I just got an M2 available for me to purchase out of the blue and that is where I have my heart set.

The M3 is amazing but I just want something slightly smaller.

If logistics is an issue, I will work on transport with the buyer.
