Deposit paid on M4 -anything to look out for?

Hi Guys

Anything i should check before i buy? Paid a holding deposit and HPI check the car and it fine. Just outstanding finance. i am buying as Auc would that mean u get extra year of warranty when the origial manufacter warranty runs out?

Also when i HPI it says it has 2 owners but the car is only 5k miles. does this seem werid? currently the outstanding finace is BMW service so probably someone couldn’t afford the car and gave it back.

Car was on Autotrader for 42,500 and then dropped 500 last week and i made a deal for 40.800.

I think if the car has over 12 months factory warranty remaining then there is only that warranty and not an extra year (unless you negotiated that also in addition). Great price by the way and nice car. Hope all goes smoothly mate

Mine had 2 when i had it at 16k
Dont think its anything to worry about. As long as its BMW serviced and got a warranty, and thats a good price!

As regards warranty...you will get the balance of the 3 year warranty from first reg date.
If that warranty has less than 12 months to run, when it runs out the AUC warranty will take over until 12 months after you bought it.

Just got to dealer, car was in horrible condition for a 4k mile car...bought the nicer one instead for the pricr
