Is there an Electrician here?

I have a quick request for anybody that can help me figure this out. I'm trying to find out which are negative and positive wires. The color wires are

Solid Brown - Negative
Grey/Yellow - Positive
Solid Grey - Negative
Solid Blue - Positive

I would greatly appreciate it if somebody can help me figure this out.

Just use a volt meter, the voltage will read with a minus sign if you have the leads backwards.

I wish I had one, I guess I will have no choice to purchase one if nobody is able to help.
