Might want to mention if the $6800 is a down payment or Security Deposit that will be returned at lease end. GLWS.

Security deposits got canned almost a year ago. BMWFS does not take multiple security deposits anymore, so that is a down payment.

So $976/month for that build?

Am I missing something? Anyone can go into a dealership and do better than that.

OP needs to clarify if security deposit or down payment.

Not for a 2018 model, residuals are currently crappy. My guess would be the sticker on this vehicle is around 82K with all the m performance parts. Lease with drive off should be around $1100 given you got a 2-3K discount.

I'm trying not to jack OP's thread, but if this is what people are paying now they REALLY need to learn how to use the internet. It is useful for more than just porn.

That is the going rate for a discounted 2018 model. You can search the internet & call dealerships, 2018s are expensive! If I? personally was in the market I? would get a 17 as it's probably $200-300 cheaper a month, but some people want the LCI headlights and such.

Would be a good deal if it was 788 w/ tax included. There's a 2018 M4 for 710/m tax included on swap lease. Pretty sure that guy got some deep connection for that deal tho.

I've been helping my brother score a lease deal on a MY18 M3, and it's true that lease rates have been starting in the mid $900s with minimal dealer padding. One would need to find a base model MT to get the lowest rate possible.

GLWS, OP.

GLWS, OP.
Wait 3 months then they will have a huge used M3/M4 inventory along with a even larger 18 new inventory with huge discounts.

Not many people on a forum like this are going to see value in a 976 dollar payment when they can find a 16/17 ZCP for way cheaper. Probably a huge warning for anyone who is looking to get into a 2018 and not finishing the lease.

I'm just going to go ahead and say nope to that.

I've entertained the idea of getting into an individual f80 and my payment, while slightly higher than that, is ZERO down... In fact, even with your down, if i were to do that, my monthly would be lower than your "employee deal"...

Lastly, unless they've suddenly overnight changed the employee deals, you somehow manage to pay significantly more than all the other employee deals I know of...

Same, have a few friends with employee lease pricing, always in the 500-600/m range.

I don't think the OP paid significantly more. He knows better. He is trying to recoup most of the money that he spent on the lease so far. Nothing wrong with thatNice car and GLWS
