Leather Restoration?

Hey guys do you know what products or where I could have my steering wheel restored to a matte finish?

I really hate the glossy finish right now.
I saw people using magic eraser but I don't think that is too good for the steering wheel coating/finish...

Please advise!

Think you will need to order Leatherique ,just like I did => Google it ..And check in your nearest environment.

Here is more in my thread about how to use it => http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=768340

I'd strongly go with Swissvax for its ease of use. Leatherique takes hours upon hours to get similar results. I recently did a restoration on a 200k km Coral Red interior and the results were amazing, however if I didn't already have leatherique laying around from years ago, I would definitely gone with the Swissvax products.

I recall Leatherique has a distributor in Niagara Falls. Best to check their Canadian website.

I just saw a youtube video on Swissvax leather care kit, so easy to use! Perfect. Will post results when I actually get a chance to do the seats.

EDIT-> I ended up ordering Leatherique because it seems like a lot more thorough, it seems like do once and last several months kinda thing. I've used leather cleaners before and the finish went glossy again after 2-3 months. The Swissvax stuff also seems a bit too expensive, so I don't mind spending a day or two with the leatherique stuff.

Step 1 >

Step 2/Final Results>

The result is amazing, it is very matte and resembles the supple leather that came with the car brand new. I am very satisfied with the leatherque process.
Will buy Swissvax the next time around since the leatherque was quite labour intensive and time consuming to work with.

Good job !
I expected nothing else from Leatherique because there is nothing better on the market for our Novillo leather .
I agree it's like ...No pain no gain ! But a fantastic result that lasts is always there with Leatherique !
