Yes. It also sits in the garage all week with me. I work from home and have 3 other cars that we daily drive. Took it to Orlando today so tack on 200 miles.

First owner had it for about a month before I started the transfer. Still smells new.

You are correct. This is a lease transfer. Any person wanting to purchase would probably not be wise.

Steering wheel feels new and not worn and glossy. It's cleaner than most 1 owner cars I've seen on here.

Sorry I haven't kept up with the thread. Yes it is available. Had a several messages, and first "assumer" did not qualify via BMWFS sometime last week. Need to check the mileage again, since I decided to start driving it 1-2 days a week. I think its about 7600.
