Just pry using a trim removal tool to get it started by the Start/Stop Button, then you can use your hand to pull it away slowly. You will have three plugs to undo once you get it loose. One for the Start/Stop button and two on the hazard lights module between the two center air vents. All of the trim pieces are just held in with pressure pegs. There are no clips to disengage.

The vents come out with the trim. The center is attached to the trim with two nuts and a bunch of clips, the passenger side has just a few clips. If removing the trim to replace the vents, it's a test in patience to get all of the clips undone as you go around without re-engaging ones you've done.

Be really careful with the vent adjustment tabs. They are super delicate and break off very easily. I broke all of mine at one time or another when removing the trim for various projects.

Lastly, when you go to put the trim back on, I have found it to be much easier if you remove the hazard light module and the Start/Stop button first. The start/stop button has two tabs your press in and it pops right out; the hazard module simply pushes out from behind. You put the trim back and feed the cables thru their holes. Plug in the module and start/stop button and pop them into place. Much easier than trying to plug that stuff in behind the trim.

I've done this so many times I can remove it all in under 5 minutes now.

I've also done a DIY that may assist >

Both side vents come out with the trim pieces and simply unclip from the trim; the center vents and DSC/Hazard switch unit are attached to the trim and are separated from it after two 8 mm nuts are removed and the vents unclipped.
