Question on offset/ lug nuts
hey folks - I swapped the X5 d wheels from standard 18s to Rohanas 20s : Specs are:
20x10 ET33 20x11 ET25 Question is, rears lug nuts have broken twice, they get 5 threads into the hub (I heard there should be 8 full turns into the hub) - If I were to get extended lug nuts how long should I get ? Tire shops have no idea also, I think standard bolts are: M14 1.5 I could be wrong... thanks for the help

Do yourself a favor. Buy a set of nice wheel studs from Ryan Castro from Motorsports Hardware. I have run his kits on several of my cars, and never had one issue. I already installed a set of 83mm studs with silver lugs on my X5. They are stronger and safer than wheel lugs, and you can order whatever lengths you want, which will allow you to run different spacers without having to change lugs all the time.
