Red Angel Halo Lights (Best ones)
Hey Team,
Been viewing the forums for a while ever since I've gotten a 2011 Frozen Edition M3. When I bought the car, it came with aftermarket blue halos, but one did burn out. I was at BMW and thinking it was OEM color, they replaced both and it's that halogen yellowish color. My vehicle is parked for the winter, but I had a friend a few years ago that had a Matte Black M5 with red halos, and it just looked absolutely mean. I'd love to get this done once spring rolls around. The problem is, labor to replace these bulbs are a NIGHTMARE, and I don't want to put in something cheap that will burn out. Nothing looks worse than a beautiful car with a burnt headlight. Any recommendations would be great! Money is not an issue so feel free to express some higher end options if you've guys have had experience! Below are some snap shots of my ride! |

Labor is not really that hard once you know what you are doing. I can change out both sides in about 15mins.
As for the red bulbs, I think e92lighting has a system where you can change the color of the rings with your phone. |

OP, you might wanna check with your local laws, but in most places, red and blue lights are reserved for emergency services and you having them as DRL's may be illegal.

Hey that's fine , while cops may give you a hard time here in toronto, once they realize you're not doing anything wrong, they usually let you go.

White oblivious is a popular choice for angel eyes and even amber looks really great on dark cars as well. Then the other option is a RGB plug and play, but those will tend to be not ab bright ( in the white color) since RBG LED's are not as efficient as a dedicated White LED. As recommended above, look in the vendor section and also read the reviews of the vendors, which is sounds like you have started to already.
