Best way to protect leather seats from Jeans staining?
I'm picking up my Orange interior M3 soon. Is there a good product to apply to the seats so that my jeans don't stain them?

I use Leather Masters cleaner and conditioner every few months, it is really nice product to get the seats looking brand new again. A friend of mine uses the BMW leather cleaner and says that is also really good at removing jeans dye.

Not sure about SO leather, but I've been reading about protecting SS leather and a couple people recommend Leather Masters products.
Start with a good clean, use the protection cream and finish with a Barrier product. Leather Masters also sells a Dye remover in case you do get stains. Combine that with washing your jeans several times should be good?

Don't Wash the jeans ever! That's what jeans companies say. Just throw them in the freezer.

I have silverstone leather and it does pickup blue dye transfer every so often. Plus other random marks on the doors etc being a light color.
I use a microfiber cloth with warm water every 2 weeks or so to wipe down all the leather surfaces, takes maybe 5 mins max and removes all traces. Looks brand new and keeps that matte finish. I've never used any chemicals or products on the leather surfaces before. Did the same with all my previous cars and the leather has been pristine. |

I bought some leather masters strong cleaner, protect and barrier.
Those using the protect cream, how do you apply it? With a microfiber cloth or a sponge? I used a cloth but it seemed kinda cumbersome |

The kit I bought came with two sponges, one for the cleaner and one for the barrier protection cream. They worked pretty well.

I have SS interior and put down CQuartz leather protector, it makes the cleanup easier but transfer still happens. I use BMW OEM leather cleaner/care whenever the seats look a little dirty and it takes it right off with one wipe.
