BMW 269 Wheels - S Florida - Poor condition
Any interest in a set of 135i BMW 269 wheels? https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-5...e82-128i-135i/ The wheels are true and balance fine, they ride perfectly smooth - unfortunately the finish has deteriorated (clear coat flaked off in the center) and all 4 wheels suffer from severe curb rash. The original owner of my car had major issues staying between the lines. They look great from 20' away. They look bad from 5' away. I assume these are staggered 7.5/8.5 as they came on the car from BMW but won't have them dismounted for another week or so. My guess is that if you were thinking about dipping a set of wheels, or were willing to take on the task of a refinishing DIY, you could clean these up by hand and have something that turns out pretty well. I'm in South Florida and don't think these are worth shipping, but I'm back and forth between the coasts of FL from time to time. No tires, no center caps. I can email more pics if needed. ---------------------- EDIT: Semi-local sale pending over the holidays ---------------------- Last edited by Flot; 12-13-2016 at 04:11 PM.. |

are you still trying to sell these?
I know it's been awhile, but the post is still active, so worth a shot....
I am in Ellenton (SWFL between Tampa & Sarasota), and I need 1 wheel for a spare. Let me know... |
