1M converts.. which wheel size?
For those who have done the 1M conversion on their E82s, whats the biggest wheel they have managed to fit (inc rolling the 1M arches too).
Fronts : I'm currently running Arc8s, 9.5j et22 with a yoko ad08r 255/35/18 tyre, clears ok with some liner mods (via heatgun). I tried a BBS 9.5j et 18 with a Cup2 265/35/18 and it just hits the oil cooler/inner side of the liners etc, on half/full lock. Rears : Arc8 10.5 et 27 with 285/30/18 - yoko BBS 10.5 et 22 with 295/30/18 - cup2 - even with rolled rear arches, this sticks out quite alot. I know the tyres are different in size, the cup2 sidewall is massive compared to the yoko tyre. Cup2 is also more squarer contact patch than the yoko. I have kept my 135i wheel hubs, and not opted for the e9x M3 ones, even on the rear, as the track is a touch wider by default. thanks

Something like 15mm outboard in rear with 135i hubs. So id go for 25-30 offset rear, with 27-30 more ideal if you want to put fat rubber back there.

we've turned rear hubs on leathe to e9x (non M) offset (new bearings + correct rotors), and now using square setup 18x9.5 et22 all around.
ps 275/35 tyres (hankook z214) |

Rear hub conversion gets you to OEM 1M offsets
https://www.ecstuning.com/b-assemble...33416760058kt/ Otherwise assume you have to work with M2/M4 offsets. 10.5 would need et34 or higher to work in rear if you want to run beefy tires |
