Noise while turning right (Video posted)

Hi guys,

since yesterday my car makes a noise while turning right. It sounds like a rattlesnake

It comes from the left front wheel. What could this be?

They say you should clean your breaks. I mean that's an M4, a vehicle for high performance driving. Okay, it's not a GT3 RS, but still. The car has now 6500 KM and was never on a racetrack. Already problems like this -.-

check your tires, odd shape rocks love to get caught between the treads and make that annyoning ticking sound.
