I know you are into big builds. I was hoping you weren't going to mod this car, which in the long run would hurt the value of the car. You are making the right decision. Right now is the peak of GTS market.

Toss up. Market is super hot right now. I think you will get 200 now without a problem, later it will take time to find the right buyer. I don't think this listing will last a month before someone reaches out.

Up. Down. Or sideways. The market will sort out.
I'm sad you're not doing a build, but, it is near perfect as is. Good luck with your sale

Agree. In 5 years the next gen M4 GTS will be here. Every aspect of the car will be better than the F82. There is no redeeming qualities that someone would look back and say "cars just don't have that anymore". Like the E92 GTS hydraulic steering or normally aspirated motor(both gone like the dodo bird). Everything from the turbo power and electric steering will be better in the next gen.
Selling now while the car is hot, is the right decision. This car will not appreciate in the long term like some think. Not to mention BMW already stated other limited models are coming. BMW have said they want cars to compete with Mercedes Black Series models. Look what the last C63 Black Series is worth now, clean low mileage examples are $90k-$100k. They were msrp $130k, plus dealer markups about 3-4 years ago. Benz only brought over 70 examples to the US. Last edited by DieGrüneHölle; 08-22-2016 at 03:03 AM.. |

Beautiful car but how are you not trying to profit on this car when you are asking $30K+ over what you paid?
I heard some dealer in CA sold one new for $100K over MSRP.
