I have already ordered my car not a CP but I thought I'd try my luck to see where i could have been I managed to get it down to under £750 per month with 2k down. Black CP HK HUD Silverstone leathers Reversing cam Adaptive lighting Sun protection glass Goidluck to those ordering. |

When people talk about discounts, does this include any dealer contribution and BMW Financial Services contribution? So, should I be aiming for 15% (for example), and then on top of that expect some kind of contribution too?
Just looking for advice for when I start negotiating. |

£8k off is pretty poor IMO.
Much more to be had. |

In the end, I was happy to take that and stick with my local dealer that I've developed a good relationship with.

How are you doing anyway? I don't remember you having the M3 before? I actually have an M2 on order which is scheduled for delivery in August. That's really only meant to be a stopgap until the facelift of the M4 though, which is due to be launched before the end of the year. So my medium term plan is to get an M4 around March 17. But I find myself looking at videos and photos of the M4 rather than the M2. The M2 just doesn't fill me with excitement like the M4 does. So I'm getting twitchy about just skipping the M2 and going straight to the M4. It's a bit of a gamble as to how the residuals on the M2 will hold up between now and next March. |

having seen the M2, I have to say i'm not that blown away with it in the looks department. I think the old 1M/M1 looked better. and I certainly think the M4 looks and sounds better than both. I'd ditch your M2 order and get the CP M4 there are some seriously good deals out there right now!

Williams Manchester but others were close to TRL deals too in the end. I think once you tell them you know others have those deals, they relent. Also it might be to do with hitting sales numbers rather than margin sometimes. I don't know the business model but time of month can help. (unlike with the wife, where it definitely doesn't help )

You can predict this as the LCIs usually come 3 years after the initial production launch. The F30 3 Series was launched at Geneva in March 2012, with the LCI coming in 2015 (production September 2015 onwards). The F32 was launched at Frankfurt in September 2013, so I expect the LCI will debut at Paris in October, or in LA in November. When production starts, I don't know. It may be early 2017. |
