599M wheels problems

I change my wheels with M performance 599M last month. But when I drive my X5 reach to 75mph, I can feel an obvious vibration. So I go to dealer service center to re-balance all the 4 wheels. The report said they put 15g to 95g to balance the wheels. But when I drive on highway, the vibration still exists, only become smaller. So I don't know that to do to make it right. Any advice is appreciated.

Tires also cause vibration... Do you have new tires have they been inspected?

Alignment?

I've had the same wheels rebalanced three times until they were finally right. BMW of Alexandria (Virginia) had them all f'd up and it took a German dealership to finally get them sorted out. Point of that story is don't be afraid to take it somewhere else if you aren't satisfied the first time.

alignment and balancing can be a culprit. I would say it's a combination OR it's just you getting used to a lower profile and bumpier ride, especially if they are RFTs.

Look for a place that does Road Force Balance.

There is a good chance that this is a rotor issue. Tires can cause the issue but it is highly unlikely.

I had also installed 599M wheels on my X6 3 weeks ago and have had no problems so far. I've driven them at speeds up to 110 mph with no vibrations.

I experienced this with my Vette. I ended up getting someone who knew what they were doing eventually and had a high speed balancing machine. Never a problem again. I'm in Houston and Discount tire was a huge help.

is the issue on acceleration and steady speeds or braking? if it is on braking the issue is isolated to the rotors and braking components but if it is on acceleration and stead speeds there are various options to consider. wheel balancing, high speed wheel balancing, road force balancing, or alignment. if they are used tires check direction and wear or plugs/patches that may throw off balance along with "rim" repair that was not properly balanced after reconditioning.
