Swift Spec-R Springs vs H&R Sport Springs

Hi,

the Swift Spec-R springs are pretty popular here. What about the H&R ones? Are those not that good?

What are your thoughts or experience?

The H&R is a unpleasant ride compared to the Swift. The H&R are a very bumpy and bouncy ride that is very discomforting.

The Swift is a very stiff spring, but it's a much more pleasant ride than H&R.
