I'm posting this for a best friend of mine. He's looking to get into a 991 GT3.

Car was delivered in October 2015 and has 16,500K miles

It's. 36 month lease (3 year lease)

15,000 miles a year, not a 10K or 12K (lots of value here)

$965 monthly payment including NYS tax

Willing to give $4,000 towards the lease to the person who takes over the lease

With the $4K incentive and 27 payments left and almost 30,000 allowable lease miles, the new monthly payment will be $816

Transfer fee is $500 - need to be paid directly to BMW

There are 27 payments left

Payments are due on the 5th of every month

Next monthly payment is due by June 5th

Lease ends October 6, 2018

Payoff quote is $27,985 for the lease

I was going to jump all over it, then I saw the miles. You've managed to go over your 15k yearly miles in just 8 months??

And is your payoff correct?

The new lessee will have almost 30,000 lease miles. That's great. Couple that with the, MSRP, the $4000 incentive and the payment being $814 before tax and this is seriously competitive.
