Any MPE/Aftermarket Exhausts on M3/4 near Derby
Hi guys,
Been asking around recently to see if anyone lives up near Derby who has the MPE or alternative exhaust system fitted that could kindly showcase it for me as I'm unsure which direction to go. Got a few weeks (wk26) wait for my car so I'm getting bits lined up in advance Cheers |

I would SERIOUSLY find a CP to listen to before deciding this. Sounds way different to the standard car. Wasn't until today at the garage an M4 Vert started next to me and the CP sounds far better - we were all a bit surprised at the difference. It doesn't have the outright volume of MPE or aftermarket but actually for me that's fine. I'm glad I gave the CP a chance and called off having MPE fitted at delivery. Will be spending that money either on suspension or power.

That's very interesting to hear! Is it really a decent improvement over the standard? |

Discovered the joys of MDM today - bye bye TC. What have discovered is just how much grip those rears can generated once they've got some heat in them.

Valves permanently open through valve control or removing the cables to the actuators makes a significant difference Mike

Yep, the valves close as you go through certain rev ranges, I unplugged the fuses last week and it make a big difference especially in the lower rev range.
