Love that they don't look like the Apex offerings.

Here is some info on the manufacturing method on **********s' website I found when looking for new wheels.
These Sportline Wheels are made using a rotary forged process. Making these wheels stronger and lighter then most wheels on the market. These Sportline Wheels on average weigh 21.6 lbs, where as a gravity cast wheel can weigh 24-26 lbs. Saving 3-5 lbs per wheel is a huge weight saving when it come to unsprung weight (weight that is not supported by the car's suspension such as the: wheels, tires, brake rotors, and brake calipers). Reducing unsprung weight on your BMW is one of the easiest ways to improve your car's handling, braking, and acceleration. As a general estimate 1 pound of unsprung weight is equal to 10 pounds of static weight (weight that is supported by the vehicle's suspension). And with every 10 lbs lost from a car equals another 1 HP, reducing your unsprung weight can have a profound effect on performance! Great weights. Wish VMR would make their CSL rep in a "spunforged" offering for more variety.

Offset
Nice wheels chcampsoup! I am looking at getting a set myself. I was wondering why you chose the et62 rears instead of the et45s? I still have much to learn, and thought I'd ask someone with real world knowledge.

et62 sill let you run up to a 275 in the rear, might need a small three mm spacer. ET 45 you will be limited probably to a 245.

Thanks Houtan. I suspected that was the case with the offset, but wanted to make sure. I ended up ordering the same set of wheels as Chcampsoup. I can't wait to have a little traction!
