yes, 100% absolutely I get this and it drives me fu@@ing mad. even when I drive over cobbled roads the noises drive me nuts.
very tempted to take this in and have the dealer look at it, but you just know there will no noises on the given day. should you get this checked out, I would be very interested to hear what they said |

Yes very common for rattles.
Simply not where they are coming from, when car goes in to BMW tell them about the rattles and they will try to resolve for you. Common areas are around the centre speaker on top of dash, around radio and and central air vents, facia trim across dash and door cards. Baz

I've had both of these on my F31 and after a few visits got them to rebuild the dash with small strips of felt in all the joins. Silent since
Door seals are annoying and if it occurs they will chuck a load of gummy phledge (sp)? On it that seems to quieten it down for 8-12months. They told me if it persists they can put an additional felt strip in to stop it but it doesn't look very nice... |
