Volume on Traffic information... helps

Hi all - can you help because something is really irritating me about the car.

No matter what I do regarding adjusting the volume it KEEPS reverting back to a high volume level, even though I turn it down whilst the TA is being broadcast.. Are there any settings for this volume (like in Audis)??

I don't use it. Easiest way is turn off traffic reports. But I guess that's not what your asking.

Sat on a train not in the car but from memory you can set this in sound menu in the the vehicle settings menu in the drive

I do use traffic info due to driving the M25 most days so I dont wish to switch it off. If someone would point me in the right direction as I cant work out how to keep the volume low.

I drive for a living and find that radio reports are usually inaccurate. Usually the problem has gone once they broadcast it. Find the traffic map on the nav is useful but also inaccurate.
