09 135i xenon ACL headlight question
Ok so I just started noticing this dunno if it's a change or always been that way but, parked in my driveway I turn the wheel to the right and the beams and the cornering light move to the right as I presume they should. I straighten out the wheel dead center and the head lights resume to center. But upon turning the wheel to the left the hids do not turn to the left but the cornering light comes on? Normal? Now that I am focusing on the headlight beams I took it for a slow drive and turned left and right and it seams that the headlights do focus to the left and right if I am moving? It could be in my head but I am sure they do but only when I am moving? No head light errors or anything and the only thing that has changed is I swapped out the us headlights with euro head lights. I just wanna know if what I am explaining is normal or abnormal? Thanks in advance guys!

That's normal for RHD cars. It's that way to not blind oncoming drivers.
To get them to change you need to code the AHL2 option --> http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=843765 |

One more question, so would coding be needed if I have the footwell module from those euro lights? I did not install is tall it because everything seemed to work fine? But I presume if I swap the footwell module that originally came with the euro headlights everything should work as intended? Thanks in advance!

I have no idea on that.
I would guess that depending on what the module is coded for (RHD or LHD) things might change. I think for simplicity I'd leave your module in place and just code as needed/desired. Might be interesting to read both and compare though ... |

And from what I am reading I need the fm3 module? Tho I scanned through the link you sent and can't directly find the coding that needs to be changed? Maybe I missed something do you know? Thanks again for your input and info!
