Keep car, use it when you get a babysitter to look after the kids. Have cake and eat it too. When kids are older, say "thank God I listened to Huz-Z".

absolutely agree dub, sometimes life moves on, you've had a good run with the car time to find something as cool , moddable that can take the kids too, i LOVE mine too had it from 900 miles old and tbh i think its time for a change soon, otherwise ill regret it when I'm older.

First of all, why don't you let us know what you want for it in local dollars without looking up the USD exchange rate?

Secondly, do you take the kids to work with you? I actually bought mine thinking I'd drive it on the weekend, but as it turns out I am always busy with the kids on the weekend and need to drive the SUV or truck. I only drive my Z4 when I go to work since that's the only time I'm alone.

Honestly, I know how you feel. With one child I barely get to drive my M but when I do it's totally worth it. I've talked about selling it just because it sits so much and my wife won't hear of it unless we have to for financial reasons. GLWS and with your family!

FWIW I went through this scenario many years ago.

I had a 914 that I modded the heck out of, including converting it to a 914/6.
We had tons of fun in that car including road trips across the country, before kids.
Kids came along and the car went into storage because I just couldn't part with it.
25 years later....... Sold it without ever taking it out of storage, the passion just seemed to fade with time.

I know how hard this is for you, good luck with what ever you decide.

Dubs, mate if you do sell it, ill be sad to see you go mate. Been great having you around, the car is one of the finest examples of the e86 around, so id say good luck with the sale probably isn't needed..

For whatever reasons your selling it mate, (know its been playing on your mind for a while now) and if you do, please don't be a stranger here and keep on dropping in.
