Will this fit?

18x8.5 + 30 with 225/40/18 in the front and 18x9.5 + 35 with 245/40/18 or +22 in the rear?

Also would 15mm spacers in the front and 20mm spacers in the rear on 18x7.5 +45 with 215/40/18 all around fit?

Offsets are too low, seems like more 3 series fitment

The offsets are too low. That's definitely 3 Series fitment. You would need something closer to ET45 in the front and rear.
