Dave - what exactly is a "sports cat"? Are you referring to a downpipe with a high-flow catalytic converter? Plenty of those available from several manufacturers. Search is your friend!

Haha nice picture, yeah sorry guys I'm in the uk my car is an n55 e88 built June 2010, it's a high flow down pipe I'm after with a high flow cat in it!! I've looked at loads but none specific say for the e88.

I don't think there are any real differences in the N55 downpipe/cat between E8x and E9x series, and there are quite a few offered by online vendors. Check with realoem dot com and see if the part number for the stock downpipe on an E92 with the N55 is the same as that on an E87/E88 model. That your car is a right-hand-drive might make more difference than the chassis itself.
