Thoughts on this colour ?

I had been set on black, but I have come across an M4 which is bang on spec, numbers stack perfectly but its Silverstone Stone.

while I like silver, I am not sure the blue undertones are for me. is there any love for the colour here?

SS is a amazing color IMO, def a great choice and I think you would be very happy with it.

+1 Silverstone is overlooked. But its my favorite color. Black or White are so overplayed imo.

Very pleased with SSII.
You'll never get the shine you do on black but its a rare colour and looks great in different light.

Saw one in a dealers with black front splitter and mirrors with black wheels and it looked the dogs bollocks. Would have jumped on it if I hadn't ordered it.

spectacular! Although, you had the car wrapped. so not that keen on SS ?

Honestly, the wrap is just the sheen on the car.. Does not affect the color at all. I love the color with or without the wrap.

Absolutely love the colour of Silverstone, it changes to silver at night and the blue hue comes out during the day. Imo one of the best M colours as it really shows the lines on the car well. Ended up ordering with Sakhir Orange interior

Thanks for the comments, I pulled the trigger today and got a great deal from a main dealer. '15 plate, 4K miles+ the spec I wanted. I will post some pics next week when I collect it.
I am on a pcp deal so will look for gap insurance, ideally with alloy and tyre cover too. Any recommendations?

I think its beautiful but I might be a little Biased!!!

So picked it up today, haven't really had a chance to stretch the legs out yet. However have noticed just how terrible the HK sound is and how many rattles and little annoying noises the cabin has to offer!!

Seriously not feeling the love at the mo, let's hope tomorrow's spirited drive changes things 😒

are you happier now? or still experiencing rattles, squeaks etc? are you happy with the SSii

the colour is spectacular and am genuinely in love with it. the noises are still there, I have narrowed it down to the drivers seat left side bolster squeaking. There is also this faint (barley hear'able) mosquito hum from somewhere in the cockpit. tempted to take to the dealers but as its my first proper M car, not sure whether they will simply tell me that this is how M's roll!
