New replacement key cost?

When I bought the car (used) the dealer only had 1 key.

I do not have the comfort access.

Looking at realoem.com the part no. For the key fob part is #1 66120413690 - price on realoem shows $130.60 but online I see its around $160-$165?

Key insert integrated key is 51217139710 - price realoem $25.46 & online it's $38-$45..

Can anyone confirm & have current prices?

Apparently I can only order from a dealer. Just want to confirm pricing and part no. before I go to the dealer.

I paid about 120 at the dealer iirc, don't remember exactly however
