Furthest-out European delivery pickup date
My understanding is that European delivery can be scheduled up to 5 months in advance of the pickup date, but I found out that BMW is not yet scheduling ED for June. Are people having similar experiences right now?

In 2011 when we did our last ED, the furthest out that BMW allowed was six months. On the BMW USA website, they recommended allowing at least three months.
This may have changed more recently, but I haven't seen anything that would indicate otherwise.

My CA sent in my ED paperwork in mid-December for an ED in May. He got an email back from a BMW European Delivery Specialist saying they had to wait until the first week in January to schedule ED for May. Based on that, I'd guess a June ED couldn't be scheduled until February.

It is kind of a two step process. Your ED date is really tentative until your CA sends in the purchase order form, which needs to be done at least 30 days before delivery. 5 months is what I've heard to. Unless you go in August and that would be a 2017 which can't get scheduled until June since pricing and allocations won't even be released yet. Went through that headache myself.
