Do January lease rates come out the 1st or the 5th?

My car should be ready for pickup just before the end of the year, but was wondering if it is worth waiting until the 1st of January to see if the rates improve. I know that the Holiday credits are good until 1/4 so I'm thinking that maybe the lease rates won't change until the 5th as well. Any insight would be awesome!

Since all the current offers expire on the 4th, it is fair to assume that January "begins" for dealers on the 5th, which is when new lease rates would come out. Dealers will be closed on the 1st, and new rates don't happen on the weekends.

Typically are out the first Tuesday of the week so jan5th is most likely the date for new programs.

Err, no? New rates for leasing and financing will be released on the 5th, so it'll likely remain the same but could change for the better or worse.

You must take delivery by the 4th to use the holiday credit.

Historically, BMW does not do cash incentives and keeps the same residuals early in the year.

I heard from one of my sales rep that after Jan 5th the price goes up $900. I'm not sure if that is correct but i'm trying to do the deadline by tomorrow.

I believe the retail (non ED) will increase by $300 for the M3/M4. This was confirmed on another thread.

Yes, you should also be able to go onto BMW's website and look at the lease offers.

In the "more info" you can see the residual for 10k miles. The only missing part would be MF but that doesn't change very often.
