before or after incentives?

Have them show you the invoice price.

Invoice price is about 7% off MSRP. That would put the invoice on that M3 at about $75,795. The price you have is pretty good in that case as it is only about $250 over invoice price.

I would make sure the "sticker" price you have is correct though. If you listed the complete build we can help more.

In short, yes.

But they can do better if a lot of that discount is coming from BMW NA through incentives. The dealer doesnt lose their profit from those incentives, BMW pays for them

Sounds a good deal but need more info. One caution I would offer is that if this car has m performance accessories the invoice on them varies more than 7%. Would be helpful to know the build so we can provide more info. Also if you are planning to lease look into max MSD which will reduce the MF. Make sure they are not bumping up the MF. Base is .00131 and with max MSD it's .00082. Also, there are December incentives that dealer may have already factored in.

Also BMW has a great fleet program pricing. If you qualify it will save you 1500 plus a lower MF.

that is 6.5% off, dealer invoice is about 7%. so yeah, seems pretty good to me..

Always worth pushing them a bit further though, especially at year end. Remember, BMW pays for the corporate credits (holiday credits, etc) so the dealership can still get full tag if they do it concurrently with these programs

My car had msrp of 76,395 and ended up getting it for 69801. That includes 1500 December credits and 1000 UDE credit. This car was swapped in from another dealer and they gave it to me for the same price as the car I would have ordered, which had much less equipment.

Wow! That's a really good deal! I did UDE but way early this year so it doesn't apply. What's 1500 December credits? Thanks,

The $1500 comes from a $750 option credit and $750 Holiday adder.

What's UDE?

Do you know what the credit amount is if you have an existing BMW? If there is one, how do you get it? (my brother has a BMW and I remember he used my BMW when he bought his but not sure what he had to do)

(edit: i use to have an e46 manual before moving out to the west coast....need to get back in a bmw!)

UDE-ultimate drive event; typically they happen between March to November all over the US; if you go attend one of them you typically get a 1000k voucher towards the purchase or lease of a new car.

Currently there are no loyalty incentives as far as I know; BMW hasn't been doing them for the last two years almost
