A word of caution, dealerships don't know when they will get allocations. So they might get one in January, or they might not. I'd keep shopping around and reaching out to more dealerships to find one that has an allocation.

I ended up going 90 minutes from my home to find a dealership with an allocation. The dealerships near me didn't have one, and they wanted to charge MSRP for allocations they didn't even have. Went 90 minutes away, got an allocation right away, and got a deal $1500 over invoice before incentives.

YMB is well worth the wait. My car had 5 miles on it when I picked it up.

Yeah I wish I can go around looking at another dealer for one. The thing is I already gave them a non- refundable deposit of 5k. The rep was pretty sure I would get a allocation on December or January somewhere. So I don't know at the moment, just waiting patiently. But that's a nice YMB you got man! How much was everything out the door?

Who are you dealing with at Ferman? I got my M4 from Ferman as well. Are you doing ED?

That's awesome! Your lucky you got a production number. But i would say the test drive was fantastic! I was in a orange one fully loaded. The dealer wanted for 78k, out the door would be 84k. Overall is Just waiting, but good luck!

That pick-up bay looks very familiar.

I hear they are a great all round car. Have a 328 so it should be familiar. I had a dealer promising me their next allocation but this came through first. Had to jump on it or continue waiting who knows how long. Really sucks that they can't make these cars fast enough.

I'm fine with waiting to a certain extent. But I would like to them to take their time on quality. Wouldn't want them to rushed through it lol. Well hope you enjoy your m3, when you get It!

non refundable? Ive never heard of a deposit being non refundable for an M, and in fact most states have laws against such things.

I got mine for $1500 over invoice before incentives. $250 under invoice after incentives. If I recall it was around $69000 with my options.

Congrats. I'm currently waiting on my M4. I have a week 1 build week.

The guys at my dealer said the M3 orders are taking a long time to get built.

Awesome man! It seems like the m4 is more popular than the m3. But I hope it's going to be quick.

Awesome. I do not know Dave. My guy is Steve. Have done 3 ED there with a 4th bought there. My M4 was the first they did and I placed order as soon as possible in Mar 2014 for Aug delivery. Great experience and I paid $500 over EU invoice. Great service from service dept too. When do you get delivery?

Yeah it should not be non refundable. I never paid more than $1000 for my order there including M4 and always refundable.

Yeah, I think Dave is a new guy there. But he is nice to negotiate a deal. That's crazy you have bought 4 ED cars there! Hopefully I can get mine soon. They said it would probably be around March for the car to be picked up. But overall still waiting for that production #.

So even if I signed a paper stated it's non refundable? Would that be possible?

Yea even if you signed an order etc. Doesn't matter. Deposit should still be refundable.
