detailing question

Have some very tiny black specs on bottom panels under both front doors I guess flicked up by front tires. I have tried Griots Bug & Tar cleaner but having a hard time getting off. Can anyone recommend a safe remover to apply to car to effortlessly remove these spots. They seem to be very tiny specs of asphalt but not totally sure.

Thanks!
