Hey Donovan, it seems like you are the go to guy here for euro headers/cats! Until just recently I was planning on going with SS stepped and catless, however, in another thread someone was claiming that ESS doesn't tune their SC with stepped headers, but they do with euro. I also saw that euro headers and cats provide ~20hp with tune (no SC) would you happen to know what kind of numbers someone could expect with just the euro headers and a catless section 1? Lastly, I couldn't find the difference in weight of your CSL Euro headers vs OEM US headers, any ideas? Thanks,

The s54 platform is something like, 260RWHP at stock. I obtained 311RWHP with a tune on euro cats and AP headers, the headers don't matter until you get to SS level.
CSL vs OEM is substancial, but the main difference is where the cats are located in the system and them being 200 cell. Long story short, its the best bang for the buck. Euro exhaust = Best for $
