Depends on how low, I have swift spec r, and 1/2" spacers on stock 18"s. I had no rubbing with stock tires but got very minor rubbing in the rear when I changed to 225/40 front and 235/40 rear Dunlop zII's, I removed the spacers and all is good.

I have got some 18" 313 alloys and im not sure if they are too wide.

Almost impossible to rub without spacers.. The sizes and offsets on 18" 313's are very conservative. 18x7.5 +49 front and rear 18x8.5 +52, even lowered on stock size tyres with 10mm spacers you would be fine.
