Why local pickup only...? Esp if buyer is willing to deal with arranging shipping logistics? That seemingly arbitrary stipulation makes it a non-starter for anyone outside your area...myself included.

There is a lot of headache involved when dealing with remote buyer. Specially if buyer has OCD on condition of car. Swirl on car for someone is a big deal for someone else.
