I wanted to post exactly the same question just now! I've been considering metroautorebuild so far.

Metro Auto Rebuild recommended Queen City Auto Rebuild in Redmond since they're closer to me. They've got good reviews online.

I ended up going to Vogue AutoWerks in Kirkland for an estimate. They charge $100/hour and it should take ~ 2hours to install the splitters and the diffuser. I assume it'll be slightly more as they'll provide misc installation parts (clay bar, cleaning, bolts, tape, etc). They seem alright from talking to Andy, supposedly they do this often, his installation description aligned with some of the DIY I've seen on this. Also they have a modded frozen e46 m3 outside and the cost for some other service I asked about aligns with an other good shop I've been to Seattle. Looks good to me.

Queen city is legit. That is where ferrari of seattle sends their customers. The work I've seen of theirs is top quality.

Queen City gave me an estimate of $1144 over voicemail, but I think they mixed up notes or something because they mentioned it to be for a job for an Aston Martin. I was already planning going to Vogue at that point, so I didn't follow up.

They did a pretty good job, I was surprised to see how much the diffuser was misaligned and needed to be redrilled, but they dealt with it well.
