Anyone here have a BMW dealer connection with dealer in Toronto, CA?

I was trying to get a quote from a dealer in Toronto Canada and they don't return calls, always busy and when I finally got an answer, they gave me some insane quote that can't possibly make sense. I was wondering if someone here had a "connection" with the service department of a Toronto area dealer?

Thank you.

"Connection" would be an overstatement, however my 1M, purchased from a 2nd hand dealer from Montreal on ebay, actually lived 99% of its Canadian life in Toronto. The former owner left some of his maintenance receipts in the glove box so I knew who he was and where the car was serviced. It was bought from and serviced at Endrus BMW in Ajax, Ontario, which is a suburb of Toronto. The direct line phone number to the service department is 905-619-5520. I spoke with one of the technicians (actually, probably was a service writer) 3 months ago to inquire about the service history of the car and when was the last oil change. The guy I spoke with, named Rob, was very helpful and looked up the service record for my car, previously serviced in their facility, by the VIN #.

He would not know me or remember the conversation at this point, but he was very helpful and if you can get in contact with him I'd imagine he would help you out.

Good luck.

Try Buds in Oakville. Chris was the service manager there and was amazing. Also had good experiences with Maranello BMW.
