Most narrow tire for 545i sport rear tire

I got a flat this weekend that could not be repaired. It took four days to get a set of 275/35/18 in to replace the rears. This is the road trip vehicle and I'm concerned that if we get a flat on the road, we may be stranded. If that happens, what other, more common sizes could I look for as a temporary fix until the correct tire size can be sourced?

245/45/18 is more commonly available, it fits fine on the stock 18's.
