VF650 Install Question
I know this may be a shot in the dark to get help for this but I have been working on my VF650 install for some time now. I am on track to get it started up today if I can get some help from someone who may have already installed the VF620/650.
My issue is that I am trying to figure out how I am supposed to "push fit" the IAT into the VF manifold? I already removed my OEM IAT from the manifold and am having trouble figuring this out. Unfortunately the instructions offer minimal direction as to how to do this properly. If anyone can offer some advice I would greatly appreciate it. Obviously it's Sunday and VF is closed so I would like to get this done today without damaging anything. Thanks in Advance. |

it should have a ring gasket and should just fit into the hole in the manifold. you should be able to just push it in until the gasket sets

I don't remember there being any trick to it on my ess kit. Think it went in the same way as on the stock manifold?
Try downloading the ess directions from their website. They may explain.. A lot more detailed than the vf instructions. Last edited by W Cole; 06-28-2015 at 09:46 PM.. |
