^ Nothing significant. These are great for what they are, decent drop height/adjustable and retain edc. I rarely use my edc so I dont mind giving it up with a coilover system.

If I don't have track days planned anytime soon, but want a little bit better suspension for mountain roads and stuff and a slight drop, will these suffice?

Most definitely. I haven't tracked in them but have taken them on more than a couple spirited drives on Highway 1/92/84 etc... Handles great all on that drop I have

I want a drop and want to retain EDC, and oem ride quality. How is the spring rate/rebound compared to the oem springs on these?

I'm no expert with suspension/spring rate etc. All I can tell you is that if you want to drop it with adjustable height up to 1.2" front and rear and retain EDC, these do the trick. The ride in my opinion is great at the height I'm at, mind you I'm still on stock tires and wheels.
