adjusting kw v3

so I just finished adjusting my coils last night to where I want them. I was talking to the guy who aligned the car and he said the car needed to be "tightened" on the ground and that all these bolts and under panels need to come off to adjust it properly. all I did was put the car on the lift. remove wheels and turn the perch to even heights. is this correct? or did I do something wrong?

That should be right; however, changing ride height also changes alignment, most often in a noticeable way, so the car needs to be realigned.
