Has anyone had any experience with these? How is the ride quality? Sure it's a less expensive setup but do I need to spend the extra money for comfortable street use?

If you're not looking to go slammed. Have you checked just the stock Fortune 500's w/ Swifts? No experience, but I'd talk to Sean at DSG Performance; he was more helpful regarding the setup than the actual Fortune guys. Looks good for the price.
