Will this be impossible to install/align without rattles like the Audi systems?

I've never had issues with AWE products.

Hopefully it's not slip joints, my miltek had the same style connections and made aligning a hassle

We do use a series of strategically placed slip joints the make installation and alignment as easy and accurate as possible. We chose slip joints primarily for the adjustability to get the system to fit perfectly.

We should see the intakes before summer. Though, as with any product in development, I can't make any promises.
