Sounds like something is touching or a valve is screwy like on the stock exhaust.

its the whole thing anytime I touch the gas at that rev range it does that if you notice Im on 7th gear and slowly accelerating I know its poor sound quality but it sounds like metal on metal, I tried it in both modes valves open and valves closed I still get the same sound and the same loudness if that rasp that you hear in the video

yah thats what I thought too I checked if anything is touching but its not, and I have no clue how to check if the valves are ok the only way I can do this, is by opening and closing them and they work fine that way

EDITED.

To OP: I just read your post.

Sounds like your shop used some spacers or elbow grease to get this exhaust to aline properly.
They need to heat up the pipes, manually bend, and make sure the exhaust lines up without much force.
I assuming you bought a used exhaust?

I'm assuming this is metal on metal your hearing.

Check the spacing between your exhaust tips and rear valence.
Could also be vibrating against your heat shield.

Looks like you need to get your car on a lift to inspect.

Good luck.

I hear it...sounds like a metallic vibration of sorts. Something is vibrating in the exhaust.
