MPE tips fit on stock system?

Does anyone know if the MPE titanium or carbon tips fit on the stock exhaust? Has anyone tried this mod or is planning on it? I pretty happy with the exhaust unplug mod right now, but I want to change out the tips. I don't want to spend an additional 4k on the MPE system at this moment.

Vorsteiner tips are the way to go for sure. They come in polished silver or diamond black in 90mm.

The fact that the CF tips are 90mm should not make a difference since 90mm is the overall outside diameter of the tip, not the fit diameter with the muffler. For instance, both the stock tips and the Ti tips are 80mm. The CF tips are essentially the Ti tips with a CF sleeve over them, that is why they are 10mm larger.

But if you actually tried them and they don't fit, then there goes that option...

I see the MPE tips are $275 carbon or $225 titanium from getbmwparts.com. How much are the vorsteiner tips? They look great as well.
